Started in 2006 we have grown with virtually 0% attrition. Currently our team consists of 20 certified technical and business consultants with vendor certifications for many of the major database, analytics and cloud vendors and technologies such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, R, SAS, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, Redshift, Azure and AWS.

Our team is small enough to seamlessly integrate within large enterprise projects yet large enough to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and remain agile and with built in capacity.

Jason Tai

Lead Technical Architect

Jason serves as the lead technical architect capitalizing on over 15 years of experience in the fields of data warehouse design, metadata management and enterprise systems development. Since 2019 Jason has served as a senior data architect supporting the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Previously he worked at Urban Science as an IT Operations Manager and Senior DBA based out of Detroit, MI. Jason earned a Master of Science in Information Economics and Management Policy from University of Michigan.

Mike Tai

Data Analytics Lead

Mike joined the Perun team in 2011 and is responsible for the design and development of MicroStrategy, SAS and Tableau analytics solutions supporting our public sector clients. Mike has led the design and development of an innovative ad-hoc reporting solution supporting HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs. He also serves as the Senior SME in the grants management and healthcare verticals. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Michigan and MBA from George Washington University.

Rohith Shetty

Data Management Lead

Rohith joined the Perun team in 2010 and is responsible for providing subject matter expertise for the ongoing development and maintenance of multiple large-scale OLAP databases in Oracle and SQL Server. He also serves as the Senior SME in the grants management and healthcare verticals. Rohith is responsible for creating automatic ETL scripts and leads the master data management activities supporting our public sector projects. Rohith earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Washington University.

Sarah Smith

Data Analytics Developer

Sarah joined the Perun team in 2020 and is responsible for the requirements capture, design and development of MicroStrategy and Tableau analytics solutions supporting our public sector clients. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from University of California, Berkeley.
